Evidence before conclusion.
Governance & institutional integrity
Decisions need evidence and a right to reply. Paying a fee does not buy a favourable decision.
Right of reply before adverse finding.
No purchased influence.
No price coordination or commercially sensitive exchange.
Commitment is not verification.
Membership buys participation, not influence.
Assessment pays for work. Evidence determines findings. Sponsorship may buy visibility, never influence.
Complaints & Appeals Policy
A complaint is not proof of wrongdoing. The organisation concerned must be told the issue and allowed to reply before an adverse conclusion. A person with a conflict of interest must step aside or have safeguards recorded. Appeals are reviewed independently of the first decision. Correct public information if a published conclusion is shown to be wrong.
Decisions may be appealed through this case. Someone other than the initial reviewer must review the appeal; the previous status remains in force until a new decision.
Competition Compliance Protocol
No price coordination or commercially sensitive exchange.
Do not share individual current or future rates, margins or bids. Market data must be sufficiently grouped and checked before publication. Meetings about market data need an agenda and controlled publication.
Scope, Evidence & Status Policy
The application starts an admissibility review. Scope, timing and terms, including any cost, will be agreed before assessment. No automatic charge is made.
Assessment scope · Period covered by practices and evidence
Granting the status requires sufficient evidence for all ten principles after scope and terms have been agreed. Validity is limited to twelve months. Evidence, contact details and findings remain private; only the granted status, scope and validity are published with revocable consent.
Assessed covers only the scope, period and evidence reviewed. It does not certify the whole organisation or guarantee legal compliance. Paying a fee or a Quick Check score cannot grant it.
Not known, not supported by evidence and not applicable are different situations. Missing evidence is not proof that a practice is satisfactory.
Decisions may be appealed through this case. Someone other than the initial reviewer must review the appeal; the previous status remains in force until a new decision.
Changes to requirements must be dated and explained, including their effect on earlier assessments and results.
