MOVETHICS is the controller. Membership and enquiries are processed to administer the relationship and respond to requests; directory publication and the newsletter require separate consent. Authorised administrators and hosting, email and payment providers receive only what is necessary. Records are kept while needed for the request, membership, applicable accounting obligations or a documented dispute, then deleted or restricted. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and withdrawal requests can be sent to contact@movethics.eu; you may complain to CNIL. Quick Check answers stay in your browser. No advertising trackers are included in this package.
Legal information
Legal bases: pre-contractual steps and membership performance; legitimate interests in answering enquiries and protecting the service; legal obligations for accounting records; withdrawable consent for newsletters and publication. Withdrawing publication consent does not cancel membership. Session cookies are necessary for forms and private access; they are not used for advertising.
